Good Friday Message: Reflecting on the Passion of JESUS CHRIST

Good Friday Reflection – Naalya Secondary Schools
As we observe this solemn day, we wish all Christians in our school community a blessed Good Friday. May this day remind us of sacrifice, forgiveness, and hope. As we reflect on the ultimate act of love, may our hearts be filled with gratitude and peace.

On this day in the life of our Lord Jesus Christ:
· He was betrayed by Judas and arrested in the Garden of Gethsemane.
· He was falsely accused before Pilate and Herod.
· He was scourged, mocked, and crowned with thorns.
· He carried His cross to Golgotha and was crucified between two criminals.
· He spoke words of forgiveness: "Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they do."
· He promised paradise to the repentant thief.
· He cried out, "It is finished," and gave up His spirit.
· The veil of the temple was torn in two, and the earth shook.
· His body was laid in a borrowed tomb as the Sabbath approached.

Let us remember these sacred events with reverent hearts, and look forward with hope to the Resurrection.

Stay safe, pray together, and cherish your loved ones.
