As the nation celebrates a symbol of unity and pride in Busoga, the Naalya family joins millions to wish His Majesty William Wilberforce Gabula Nadiope IV a blessed and happy birthday.
Today, the airwaves and social media platforms are buzzing with joy, color, and reverence as we celebrate a monumental figure in the Ugandan cultural landscape. It is a day of great significance for the people of Busoga and indeed for the entire nation, as we mark the birthday of the Kyabazinga of Busoga, His Majesty William Wilberforce Gabula Nadiope IV.
At Naalya Secondary Schools, we recognize that the Kyabazinga is more than just a cultural leader; he is a living symbol of unity, peace, heritage, and pride. His Majesty’s leadership continues to champion the values of education, cultural preservation, and community development, values that resonate deeply with our own institutional philosophy.
As an institution committed to nurturing holistic leaders, we draw inspiration from the throne’s dedication to service. The Kyabazinga’s tireless efforts to promote peace and unity across the Busoga region serve as a guiding light for our students, encouraging them to embrace their heritage while striving for excellence in their academic and personal lives.
A Unified Celebration Across Our Campuses
It is with immense pride that the students and staff of our three campuses Bweyogerere, Namugongo, and Lugazi join hands with the people of Busoga to honor His Majesty.
From the Great halls of our Bweyogerere campus to the serene environment of Namugongo and the vibrant community of Lugazi, the Naalya family stands in solidarity with the Kingdom. We celebrate the rich traditions of Busoga and the modernization His Majesty continues to inspire.
We believe that respecting our culture and honoring our leaders is a vital component of character formation. Today, we encourage our students to reflect on the importance of cultural identity and the role it plays in building a cohesive society.
Wangaala Baba Isebantu!
As we cut the cake and sing songs of praise, we pray for wisdom, good health, and a long life for the Kyabazinga. May his reign continue to bring prosperity to the people of Busoga and peace to the Pearl of Africa.
The Board of Directors, the Administration, and the entire student body of Naalya Secondary Schools, we say:
Happy Birthday, Your Majesty! Wangaala Baba Isebantu!
