A Recipe for Success: Naalya SS Congratulates Our UNEB Food & Nutrition Candidates

The kitchens at our Namugongo, Bweyogerere, and Lugazi campuses have been buzzing with more than just heat over the past few days—they have been filled with the energy of focus, creativity, and excellence.

On behalf of the administration, staff, and the entire Naalya community, I am thrilled to announce that our candidates for the Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) Food and Nutrition examination have officially completed their practical papers.

A Test of Skill and Spirit
The Food and Nutrition practical exam is widely regarded as one of the most demanding practical assessments in the UNEB curriculum. It requires not just academic knowledge, but also physical stamina, meticulous planning, and the ability to perform under intense pressure.

Watching our students across all three campuses navigate the complexities of meal planning, food preparation, and presentation was nothing short of inspiring. They demonstrated the high standards of culinary arts and nutrition science that we pride ourselves on at Naalya. They didn't just cook; they applied science, showcased culture, and proved their mastery of the subject.

A Solid Foundation for the Main Exams
Completing this practical paper is a significant milestone. It marks the end of the rigorous coursework and the beginning of the final countdown to the written UNEB examinations.

As our students hang up their aprons and sharpen their pencils for the theory papers, we want to remind them that the same discipline that allowed them to time their dishes perfectly and plate them beautifully is the same discipline that will carry them through the rest of their subjects.
